This great couple had us photograph their summer cottage engagement in Minden, and it was awesome! These are probably our favourite sessions to photograph, and with a couple like Ashely and Adam it was that much better. When selecting a location for your summer engagement session, consider spots that have meaning to you. Ashley and Adam chose to have their photos done at the cottage in Minden, and we think it was an awesome decision. They were more relaxed and at ease in their environment, which made the session that much more comfortable!
It’s always a good idea to think about the style and look you are trying to achieve for the shoot. Don’t be afraid to experiment with outfits, and do bring along a couple of changes of clothes. Feel free to try a new look, or better yet, if possible get your hair and makeup trials done for the engagement session, that way you’ll know exactly what like and don’t like! But most importantly have fun with it!
